A Little Something about Kay:

In 2012, Kay was the Church Secretary at Bryn Mawr UMC in Seattle and the Janitor needed a month off so she offered to fill in.  A couple years later, budget cuts happened and she could only work as a volunteer. Her friend and neighbor gave her the support and NUDGE she needed to get started in the cleaning industry.   I started in 2014. It's humbling work, but she and her team responds to a need with compassion. Prior to that she did many other things like negotiated for the commercial fishermen so they can get a sustainable price for their catch and did many years of marketing. She was a caregiver for over 10 years privately and in an Adult Family Home in Kent, Wa.  She has been a full-time student since 2022 to current. Graduating in summer of 2026 with her MBA  at Central Washington University. She has been helping businesses thrive during difficult times. She wants to help those who want to go into business for themselves. Helping move through the various process of overcoming obstacles and reaching success for the long run.

Our Cleaning Team:

We always work with a team of two cleaners unless it requires more hands on deck. Backgrounds checks are mandatory in order to screen our cleaners. Experience is always wanted but we offer cleaning course certification on site with a minimum of 35 hours of completion and on the job training.

Clean above and beyond how you would clean for yourself.  Be consistent, reliable, flexible, and always trustworthy.   "It takes just as much time to do a bad job, as it does to do a good job, so take a little more time to do it RIGHT".  When in doubt, COMMUNICATE.   

Products We Use:

We use Lysol disinfectant spray and surface cleaner.  We use comet for sinks, tubs, and toilet bowls.  We use tile cleaner by Meyers.  We use bleach cautiously to combat under the rim of your toilet and corners of showers as needed.  Bona for hardwood floors.  Windex for glass cleaner.  We can also use your preference of cleaning products as long as you supply them.  We have light weight natural cleaning product like vinegar and water too.

We organize - We house/pet/plant sit - We board your pets with us while you are out of town - We prioritize and personalize according to your needs. No job too small or no job too big. We even do laundry!
